Amit Sanduja is practicing Advocate with diverse experience in the field of regulatory/policy decision making, advisory, dispute resolution with specialization in the field of corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, competition and insolvency law. Equipped with a graduate degree in Commerce and Law from Delhi University, India, Amit joined the legal profession in 2007 and has 18 years of experience to his credit. He also holds Masters in Law (LLM) from Kurukshetra University, India; Post Graduate Diploma in Judging & Court Management from National Law University, Delhi and Post Graduate diploma in Corporate Laws & Management from prestigious India Law Institute (Deemed University) amongst others. Amit is Member, Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) and Certified Mediator from International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ICADR).
